Swan Hub is available for hire to businesses and individuals and is suitable for a wide range of commercial uses. As well as providing full-time, long term business office facilities, the centre is avaible for one-off or regular business meetings, training conferences and for use as meeting rooms.
The Main Hall can be used as a central hub for presentations and training, with break-out rooms available along with comprehensive kitchen facilities. Weather permitting, the large outdoor patio and lawned area make for a relaxed lunch location.

Small Conference Room
Accommodates 10 people. Minimum 6 people – no room hire. Includes: flip chart, chairs, tables, monitors. No VAT.
Treatment Room Hire
Full treatment room available for hire. Half day: £60, Full day: £100, Massage couch (upon request): £30.
